Where it is used
- Carports & Vehicle Parking: Protects cars, trucks, and farm equipment from direct sun exposure, rain, bird droppings, and falling debris.
- Agriculture & Crop Protection: Shields sensitive crops, nurseries, and harvested produce from harsh sunlight, torrential downpours, and hail.
- Livestock & Poultry Shelters: Keeps animal pens, chicken coops, and cattle runs dry and shaded to improve livestock welfare and reduce stress.
- Construction & Work Sites: Provides weather-protected temporary storage areas, equipment covers, and overhead site shading for workers.
- Patios, Pergolas & Outdoor Shade: Transforms home gardens, outdoor dining spaces, and gazebos into weather-proof outdoor living areas.
Key benefits
- All-Weather Protection: Provides dual-action defense by blocking harmful UV rays while acting as a complete waterproof barrier against rain.
- Superior Durability: Highly resistant to tearing, fraying, rot, mold, and mildew, ensuring a long operational lifespan outdoors.
- Enhanced Aesthetic Appeal: The deep maroon color provides a modern, professional appearance suitable for both commercial sites and residential yards.
- Microclimate Management: Reduces radiant heat from the sun while keeping protected zones dry beneath the canopy.
Application & maintenance
- 01Installation & Pitch: Must be installed at a slope/angle (minimum 20°–30° pitch) with proper tensioning. Because the fabric is waterproof, a flat installation will cause rain to pool, leading to heavy water sag and structural damage.
- 02Fastening: Secure tightly using shade cloth clips, heavy-duty zip ties, or turnbuckles anchored to a sturdy support frame.
- 03Cleaning: Hose down periodically with clear water to remove surface dirt. Clean stubborn spots using mild soap and a soft brush; never use bleach, harsh chemical solvents, or high-pressure washers.
- 04Storage: Ensure the net is thoroughly washed and completely dry before folding for storage to prevent moisture entrapment during off-season periods.
